Terms of Service

Crumb is analytics software for independent food businesses. It reads data you connect (such as Square sales) and data you provide (receipts, costs, team, and optionally a linked financial account) and presents it back to you as insights. Crumb is a reporting tool — it is not accounting, tax, payroll-processing, or financial advice.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. Don't use Crumb for anything unlawful or to access data that isn't yours.

Your data is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it (e.g., the accountant CSV) and delete it at any time from Settings.

We work hard to keep Crumb accurate and available, but it's provided “as is,” without warranties. Figures are estimates to help you run your business, not a certified financial statement. To the extent permitted by law, Crumb isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
